Juliet Glazed Shoulder Bag
I loooooveee this bag! It’s my new everyday bag. The description of the bag says it’s glazed but the shine on it isn’t as intense as the picture makes it seem which I love! It has a lot of room for all my essentials. I also love the side pockets!

Low rating is for Nordstrom not for this bag
Order this for store pick up and received the wrong bag. The associate scanned the tag and agreed that it did not look like the bag I ordered. Obviously different color/style. Don't think this is the first time this happened. Really curious to know when will Nordstrom improve their order fulfillment process.

Wrong item received !
Well, I received the wrong item, a different size and color. The one I got was beautiful and excellent quality, I just had to return it!
Nordstrom has been having a lot of issues lately with order fulfillment. This needs to be addressed; otherwise, they will lose a significant customer segment!
