Long Sleeve Mock Two-Piece Tweed Dress

Boy did the description downplay the metallic . You can’t tell from the picture, or the details that suggest a subtle hint of metallic , but the tinsel-like thread that runs through this very nice idea of a dress was overwhelming and odd. Also the recommendation was to size down, but I found it fit rather smaller than I expected.

I respectfully disagree with the comments about this dress, and offer an alternative view: I think the tinsel factor is a matter of taste; further, this dress’ sparkle seems like it would work better in a nighttime setting than by day. Anyway, in my opinion — cute dress! I dig it.

I fell in LOVE with this beauty many weeks ago, but when I planned to add to the bag, it was sold out :’( ...So I waited for it to be restocked and I didn’t thought it twice in adding it to my bag! It’s sparkly, just like my personality: bubbly! If you love things sparkly, fashion and don’t care about which time or season or day of the year to wear shiny things, this is YOUR dress!

This dress is so flattering! The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the silver tinsel threading comes through WAY more in person, so to me it's a very holiday feel. I was hoping to wear it to work, but it's even too holiday as an everyday work dress.

Ordered the dress even though aware of the review of the silver thread. The viewers were accurate. The quite bright silver thread diminish the dress style. I like the 2 piece appearance. One more thing, the material was very stiff and a bit itchy. I don't recommend the dress.

I wanted so much to keep this dress, since I really like the cut and style. However, the silver thread is simply too much for a work outfit. It actually shocked upon taking the dress out of the bag the first time. I wish it were more subdued.
