What it is: A clear, waterproof lip liner that works with any lip color or gloss.
What it does: The waterproof formula goes on smooth and acts as a barrier to lock in lip color so it lasts for over seven hours and doesn't bleed.
Pro tips: After creating a border around the outer edge of your lips, fill in the entire area to create a base for your lipstick or gloss.
