Ju-Ju-Be BFF Diaper Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The straps in the bag do not work, they are short, stiff, and not adjustable while on your back. I carried the original BFF for over 12 years and with loads of various size and weight while traveling with kids, it was very important to be able to adjust the straps quickly and easily, I am very disappointed with this design.

It has many useful pockets and is washable. However, the zippers are hard to open and close and do not slide well. I do not expect them to last long. Hardware on the straps make the backpack heavier than it needs to be. Way over priced for bad zippers and heavier than I thought it would be.

My first BFF bag’s main zipper broke. I got this bag as a replacement. On the first day, the center foot broke off. That cemented in my mind that jujube does not make high-quality bags. The zippers on this bag are just as bad as the ones on my first bag. They don’t move smoothly at the curves. My other complaint is that the bag is too small. This bag is recommended by jujube to those who like to pack heavy. I don’t bring too much stuff with me, yet theres not enough room. The width of the bag isn’t wide enough to fit size 3 diapers. I can barely fit my diapers, wipes, and a backup outfit. The compartment on the front is too flat. I can’t fit my cell phone in there. For the price, you’d expect these bags to be nearly perfect. They look stylish. However, they have lots of issues. The quality is seriously lacking. I’d recommend getting a diaper bag from a different company.
