THE Diaper Bag
Let me start by saying I am a third time mom and purchased a very beautiful patent Leather Coach diaper bag with my first child. Don't make my mistake. Buy THIS bag whether this is your first child or your fifth. The biggest selling points for me were 1. that this could be worn as a backpack (and the strap padding is SO comfortable, 2. the crumb drains 3. the fact that you can toss it in the wash which I have not yet done) 4. antimicrobial changing pad that is super easy to wipe down. 5. It's very trendy and fashion forward. Those are the reasons I bought it, some extra perks that I have grown to love since having the bag are 1. The front pocket for my phone, clutch, keys, sunglasses, etc. 2. The way this bag opens makes it very easy to see all of the contents inside 3. The amount of storage space is kind of like a clown car, it's amazing how much I can fit in here without it being too bulky. I can fit my Tula baby carrier, 2 change of outfits, a handful of diapers along with all the other diaper bag necessities. I've had it for about 4 months now and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very disappointed
I am so disappointed with this item
Got this bag for my first baby who is two months now
However one month after light use 2 of the zippers including the main compartment zipper got broken and I am struggling with the bag now as it’s making my life harder and the access to the baby’s items difficult while the main purpose should be to make access to baby’s items easier
I live in the UK and can’t return the item to Nordstrom

Love everything BUT the gold hardware
I love everything about the bag, except the gold hardware. Looks really cheap to me. I originally bought the Queen of the Nile print but exchanged it for the onyx collection which has the matte black hardware.

Best Diaper Bag
I love this bag. The should straps are padded so even when it is packed full it doesn't feel super heavy. There is a mommy pocket in the front for my wallet, keys, and anything else I need. I stick my cell phone in a separate small pocket. The large section of the bag opens up so it is easy to find things and organize my baby's stuff. The side pockets are insulated. The top of the bag has a handle so it's easy to quickly grab. And a changing pad in the back.
I previously had a Petunia Pickle Bottom backpack and it was frustrating. Heavy and hard to see inside or organize.

Stylish but bulky
I LOVED this bag online and was super excited to receive it for a Christmas gift. I have several diaper bags (kate spade, Marc Jacobs). When I received this bag all my stuff was in my kate spade diaper bag which externally is the same size (actually slightly small) however only 1/2 to 3/4 of the stuff was able to fit into this bag (1 outfit, wipes, diapers, nursing cover, spit up rag, wallet and cellphone fit I had a hard time zipping it up so I had to switch to a smaller wipe pack) It's very bulky, the inside is small, and the buckles the straps attach to are heavy, large and very noisy.
Pro: great look, comfortable, good material
Cons: inside is small outside is large, bulky attachments, pocket for sippy cups is very tight wouldn't fit large sippy's
I'm still up in the air if I'll keep it or not because it's super cute and it's hard to find a cute backpack diaper bag

The Best Bag Ever
If ever there was a bag that was lit,
this would be it.
Things you need, often don’t fit.
So you end up digging, like an endless pit.
But not this bag. It’s sure to not sag.
Who knows, it might even make you brag.
Okay, poetry aside:
The bag is great. Insulated, fits all our needs, and is stylish as well.

Look no further
I love the BFF. I'm kind of a diaper bag junky (Kate Spade, Stork Sak, Petunia Pickelbottom, OiOi to name a few) and I have to say this is my favorite. It's totally functional, has great organizational pockets and holds everything I need on a daily basis for my three littles (4 and under). I like the different wearing options as well. I wear my baby on the front sometimes and my toddler on my back sometimes. This bag can accommodate either. Don't be scared off by the white. I soak it in oxyclean every now and then and it looks great.
