I didn't even try this on. Was tea-length and very heavy. I thought the soutache would be white, but it is an ugly shade of blue. Returned

Gorgeous Color
Beautiful dress. Color is beautiful. I had ordered this dress in a size 12 because description indicated it ran big but this JS dress runs small. I had ordered a different JS dress in a 14 and had to exchange it for a size 12. Nonetheless it is a perfect dress for the wedding I am going to attend. Also I am very pleased with Nordstrom return policy as I tried different sizes in 2 dresses with ease of return.

Returned Dress
This dress is beautiful even though the embroidery is not white, as the picture shows. I think it would have been prettier with the white. My complaint was it was somewhat heavy, but my biggest complaint was the zipper was stuck while still on the hanger and kept getting stuck all the way down. Even with help, it took us a while to get to zipper to work. I was going to wear this at the wedding of a friend and thought if the zipper is this hard to work not for this price. Returned it!!!

Runs small, not as nice as other soutache dresses
I had previously bought the longer midi soutache sheath dress and love it, but was looking for a shorter dress of similar style and quality to wear to less formal occasions. This isn't it.
This runs quite small, and just seemed....cheap. I bought it in 2 sizes and will be returning both. The mesh sleeves draped in an unflattering way, and the dress didn't seem to have the same panache as the midi.
