Runs small/cheap look
I ordered my usual size 9.5 M and couldn't get this shoe on. I ordered a different shoe from this company in 9.5 and it fit just fine. So I think if you're ordering patent leather order up a half size? I returned, as I thought the heel part looked cheap.
