NOT WATERPROOF
I bought 2 of these raincoats hoping they would be waterproof. One was a gift. They may do for a mist or a sprinkle, but they will not do for errands, a steady rain, or short walk.
My clothes were wet underneath on several occasions, and I only use this jacket as a light wind break now .... and it is not lined, so not functional enough as a windbreaker.
My friend also stated the same happened to her.
It is more of a material and not rubberized. It is NOT worth the money. This one states $ 179 ? It that an error? If not, do not waste your money.
$80 is too much. I would price this jacket at $ 25 and note that it is NOT WATERPROOF.

Huge! Unfortunately returned.
Wanted to love this. Purchased as a cute Disneyland jacket for a winter/rainy trip. Ended up returning as it was not flattering. Made me look 50 pounds heavier.

Love it!!!
It’s lightweight so it doesn’t make me hot - and the novelty prints are terrific. While I wouldn’t wear in a major downpour, it’s perfectly great to add a layer for rain, snow, or wind.
