Long Wear Eye Brightening Primer by Jouer is a light-reflecting eyeshadow base that preps and primes eyelids for makeup application. The innovative satin-finish formula extends eyeshadow wear while preventing creasing and fading. Multi-mineral pigments brighten and even out skin tone around the eye while chamomile extract calms and soothes. It's packaged in a convenient click pen with an applicator that ensures precise application every time.
How to use: Sweep evenly over eyelids prior to eye makeup application. Blend with fingertips to ensure even distribution.
