My new favorite summer dress from 2025
I was hesitant to purchase this dress because it is linen, however the wonderful ladies at my store, Nashville, we so helpful in finding the right size and fit. The smocking in the back is very helpful when zipping the dress up and it is super light, even though it is lined. I wore this out to a casual family dinner in South Florida, in July, while on vacation and got so many complements. It fits tts so I took my usual size 4. Linen does not stretch, but with the smocking in the back for those that are broader up top in the shoulders this little bit of give does go a long way! I am also only 5'2'' so this was more of a maxi which was perfect for me! No hemming needed. I also bought the one in blue and white I love it so much!
