This shoe was recommended for my hallux rigidus (big toe arthritis). Wide toe box. Rocker heel. Strong and sturdy. A bit bulky but some feminine touches added. More money than I wanted to spend but necessary for my foot health.

Alegria shoes are great - well made, stable. You might want to add 1/2 size to a full size, however, as they truly run to size and sometimes are on the smaller side.. Otherwise, quality is good. Looks are great, They are well built shoes, but in my opinion you should size up for comfort.

too stiff and tight
It’s really stiff. You gotta try it on yourself and see for yourself if it’s comfortable for your feet. It wasn’t for mine. It was narrow and I couldn’t tolerate how stiff it was on my heels.
