Painful
The Tabor Cap Toe and other Johnston and Murphy shoes are cut too high on the ankle. The side of the shoe cuts into the ankle bone and makes the shoe painful and unwearable. I know other people who have the same experience. I don't have this problem with any other shoe brand.

Extremely comfortable. My second pair-
Extremely comfortable. My second pair- first pair lasted 4 years of high use. Perfect shoe for an airline pilot. Great style.

J&M shoes are always quality
J&M shoes are always quality products. Comfortable, in style, and I love the waterproof feature.
I’d give 5 stars to the shoes, but the laces are awful. I own 6 pair of J&M shoes and the laces are junk on every one. They never stay tied unless I double knot them. For the money paid I should not have to tie shoes like I’m in kindergarten. It may be a minor thing but it’s annoying and makes me consider other brands like Cole Haan, etc.
J&M, please do something to rectify this.
