Prentiss 2 Waterproof Sneaker (Men)

This is a stylish shoe, and comfortable. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that it was not waterproof, not in the least. In my first walk with them in relatively light rain, both shoes quickly let in significant amounts of water in the front area, at the toes. Note that I did not step in a puddle, I was doing simple (and careful!) city walking on a rainy day, which was the reason for the purchase. I spent the day at the office trying to dry them out and dreading the return soggy walk. These shoes should not be labeled waterproof.

I walk my dog every morning that it makes sense. I try not to take chances. My Johnston & Murphy water proof are perfect as I head to campus. I feel a spring in my 79 year old feet. I know I only get one pair of feet. It is a must to care for them. They also look great, but at my age, that is no longer relevant.
