Suede Overlay Belt

Bought size 40 suede belt, and fit perfectly to belt size. I'm a true waist size 39,but vanity sizing for pants waist has me at 35-36. Size 40 belt measured exactly 38 inches from belt metal connection to middle hole, out to 44 inches at tip. Was worried about size, but perfect size and look/feel.

I really wanted to love this belt. When I received it I realized this is a belt that doesn't know who it is. Don't get me wrong, it's made very well, too well almost. Very well made high quality but too heavy and too wide for business casual. It almost doesn't fit in the belt loops of my khakis. The tip is not tapered and that makes it even harder to slip through narrow belt loops. It's more of a belt you'd wear with jeans but in that application it's not wide enough. And finally, it's sized too small. If you buy order it one size larger.
