Inaccurate sizing.
I always order a size 38 belt for my size 36 waist. This belt was nowhere near a size 38. I would have had to order at least 2 or 3 sizes larger to fit, but I didn’t want to chance it. The belt size was way off.

The shipping was prompt, the items were well presented, the return was as easy as one could hope.
The quality of the item ordered was really quite bad. Leather belts that smelled nothing like leather and were poorly made. Perhaps my expectations were to high… I would pay more for quality but as it was, my order represented terrible value. The 3 stars are for overall customer experience… the product I would rate a 1.

New dress belt
Belt looked exactly as advertised, appears well constructed. Finally decided to look at high quality belts and hoping this lasts longer than other cheap belts I've had in the past.
