Difficult Return
Purchasd by mistake and attempted to cancel with an hour of purchase.Called and was told it was too late. That was 12-11 and today h is 12-29. Returned product immediately and still have not received credit. Do not feel confident fom purcxhasing from Nortstrom on line again.

Not Quite Right
Not quite right for me. Couldn’t wait to get these because they are navy leather, which is hard to fine. They are decently made, however, the tongue part of the boot (meaning the front part inside the zippers) is just too high and rubs my ankle the wrong way. Therefore, making it uncomfortable for me to wear. They are just slightly large from my normal 9 1/2 size and if you have narrow feet, I do not suggest you order these, as they are slightly wide too.

Perfect business casual booties
Extremely comfy for a business casual shoe, I wore them every day for work, standing 5 out of 8 hours, easy to clean. I just doubt it is actual leather, because the peel of easily. Otherwise, my favorite work shoes ever.
