Another great pair of jeans by Joes
The wash and fit on these is really nice. I am normally a size 8 or 10 in jeans, and have always found that in Joes I need a size 30 (some other brands I am a 29). These fit great in a 30, with actually a little extra room in the waist (but just a tiny bit). The curvy fit is roomy in the hips and thighs without pulling on the fabric. They have good stretch, and with the small bootcut and dark wash are even dressy enough to be (casual) work appropriate. The lengths crazy long (I am 5'9" and have to have an inch taken off) but that is an easy fix with Nordstrom alterations!

Poor Quality
2nd pair of Joe’s jeans I’ve had issues with the quality. Zipper broke after first wear. Unfortunately time to stop buying Joe’s. . It’s a shame they are a great fit and color but moving on.

NOT 98% cotton
The description stated 98% cotton
But the actual item: 76% cotton, 17% lyocell, 5% elasterel, 2% spandex
super stretchy, these are the new not like before quality jeans available nowadays

Run Small
Although these jeans are marketed as "curvy", they run quite small. I am 5'4", 130lbs with athletic build. I typically wear a 27 in jeans but I ordered up a size after reading the reviews. The 28 was still too tight in the thigh and the inseam was too short (didn't fit around my rear without pulling). The jeans appeared to be a nice quality but I am not sure they are great for a curvy figure.

Fab
For hourglass figure these jeans are exactly right though i imagine they are good for straighter body types as well. Fits below the natural waist but still higher than most jeans, pockets hit the right spot to minimize backside. Definitely slightly smaller than usual joe 31s but the stretch makes it fine. I wish they made them in black. They are a tad long but if wearing with heels are fine. (5'10", 150 lbs.)

Yes!
Every 3 or 4 years, I take a hopeful trip to the jean department, looking for the right fit. As a tall girl, with a bit of badonkadonk, its always a challenge. These jeans, though, are fantastic. Long enough, stretchy enough, good darkish wash, and soft and comfy. I may have to order more.
