Joe’s Hi Rise Honey Curvy Bootcut Jeans

I waited quite a while before trying Joe's, due to sticker shock on the price. Eventually I was lucky to find this pair on sale and couldn't resist. They fit like they were custom made for me and accentuated every curve. The waistband is molded and shaped perfectly - so comfy. But just one thing, Joe: I'm 5'4" and I've got to cut about 7 inches off the bottom before I hem them. I don't mind, Joe, but please consider making a few in petite length in the future -- we can't all be that "tall drink of water" these jeans were designed for. In the meantime, I'll make a couple armrests out of these lovely denim scraps.

These jeans are truly a high rise jean. Bootcut is just right - not too flared. Cut is great for balancing out larger hips. Nice color - a mid-range blue - not too dark and not too light. The Honey Curvy style is perfect for a curvy figure. Love the soft, lightweight fabric. For reference, I am usually a size 6, 8 or 10 in jeans depending on brand, style and level of stretch. I ordered a 29 & 30 in this style and decided to keep the size 30. I am 5’6” with a long torso and legs on the shorter side. Jeans will need to be hemmed, but I have to hem everything that is not a Capri length, so not a dealbreaker. If you need a break from straight legs & skinnies, give these a try. Big fan of this brand.
