How to use: Place the reeds into the oil then allow 24–36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse for the continuous Scent Surround experience. The fragrance will last for around 3–4 months.

Very disappointed
I had the diffuser for 1 week in a living room for 3 days(which is more than 36h as the Jo Malone website stated to do the job) the sticks were soaked with the juice and didn’t smell unless you were close to the bottle. Then I moved the diffuser in the bedroom (a small bedroom 6 by 7 feet) and I can say that after another 4 DAYS! still nothing, no smell whatsoever! What a waste of time and money Jo Malone diffusers are! They must be diluted with water. What a shame Jo Malone London! Very frustrating and disappointing! Be aware and stay away! Definitely not worth the price!!!

Shipping Problems?
Have ordered Jo Malone diffusers many times and they have always arrived in a Jo Malone box but this time no box and lightly wrapped in tissue. Not good when item is Xmas gift. Interestingly this was a replacement for previous order that was received incomplete (no diffuser sticks) and in tiny box. Never had problems before with orders from Nordstrom’s so wonder who’s handling the shipping.

Amazing lingering Scent
I rarely write reviews but this is too good not to share. My husband got this for my office and it smells amazing. Normally diffuser scents don’t linger or you stop smelling them after so long but not these. I loved it so much that I went and picked up 2 more for other rooms in our house. Even though they are pricey you are getting your moneys worth. Highly recommend.
