Intoxicating
I gave this to my wife for Christmas and it's downright addictive. I am constantly smelling her neck. She is in love with it and wears it daily. Everywhere she goes people ask her what she's wearing. She proudly promotes Jo Malone. She has 4 other bottles of Jo Malone but this one suits the winter season beautifully. It's a deep, robust fragrance but is by no means overpowering. And it lasts through the day. I did myself a big favor by buying this for my wife!

Should be called ""Roses and Sachet"
I'm so confused. This is my final Jo Malone purchase. These things are always a bit more interesting than the notes would have you think but- my goodness- this is terrible. It is the overpowering smell of roses- which I hate. That's it. Very very strong roses. I have a headache and I've tried to wash it off. I know blind purchases are a shame on me situation but how could it be bad with a scent profile such as this? Just horrible. Horrible.

Spicy, but Elusive
Quite a spicy scent, but not in the usual, heavy YSL Opium, "only in cold weather" sense. It's surprisingly refreshing, even on the warmest of days (think ginger ale with lots of complex layers), and unlike any other scent I have tried...and I've tried many. It's much more unisex and versatile than my other JM favorite, Pomegranate Noir. Strangers have stopped, and asked me what scent I'm wearing. It's elusive and difficult to pinpoint. Love it!

Lovely scent
This has such a wonderful scent. I had actually come in to Nordstrom ready to purchase a completely different new fragrance, but got sidetracked by how wonderful this is. It is clean and spicy, smells very natural and not "chemical"ey like many perfumes, and not too complex-- but you do definitely have the essence of nutmeg and ginger there, without smelling like a food. I love it!

Elegant and fun
I have always wanted to try the Jo Malone fragrance line. The Jo Malone boutique at the Cherry Hill Nordstrom is worth the wait. Make a date with Rita. . . she will work with you to find the perfect fragrance that suits your style.
I love the Nutmeg & Ginger which I purchased at Christmas and I love the idea that I can combine this fragrance with various other fragrances in the line to create my own scent.
Excellent fragrance line all around.

Excellent Daily Scent
I found this while shopping in Chicago about six months ago. I cannot recommend this scent enough.
I'm hyper sensitive to perfumes and colognes, to the scents. If they're too alcohol-ish or too perfumey I can't stand them. This is perfect. It's a noticeable scent but light, fresh, and crisp.
The helpful lady in the Chicago store tried to layer it with other scents but I prefer this one alone but I like that if I ever want to amp it up or change it around that I can easily do that. None of these scents smell harsh or fake to me.
