If you know, you know!
When I first heard my favorite fragrance co. had a home scent called Green Tomato Vine, I HAD to have it. One of my favorite scents, since childhoods in my Italian grandfather's garden, has been the fragrance of bruised tomato leaves and vines. I foolishly thought I was the only fan of this scent, but I'm not! This fragrance is spot-on, and I love it! It transports me back to Papa's garden of tomatoes, cucumbers and basil. This is NOT the scent of tomato fruit, as another reviewer seemed to expect. It's the wonderful scent of tomato VINES, which anyone who gardens should find familiar. It's magical!

This scent made me gag.
I don't know if I received a bad batch of this product. It doesn't really have a very vine ripened tomato smell. It is more like an earthy scent. A better explanation is it like poorly mixed chemicals attempting to produce a tomato scent. My husband think it smells like Raid. I attempted to mix other essential oils to this to make it work. The chemical tomato scent is really overpowering, even with the essential oils added. I have ordered many of Jo Malone diffusers. I have enjoyed the robust scent and longevity of them all. However, I do not recommend this scent, unless you think artificial tomato mixed with a hint of raid is how you want your home to smell.
