Fig & Lotus Flower Cologne

I’m glad I bought this. I wasn’t able to sample or smell so it was a true blind buy. I had to go on the notes and know Nordstrom has a fantastic return policy. I will DEFINITELY be keeping this wonderful scent. It’s very fresh and woodsy, ideal for fall, and it would layer well with pretty much any JM fragrance, particularly Wood Sage and Sea Salt, in my opinion. Highly recommend.

I didn’t buy this from Nordstrom...found it at another retailer while out shopping ( in person!) one day. But, I had to add my thoughts about it. This is a beautiful fragrance for fall....a bit floral with definite notes of wood and burning leaves ( in a good way). Has just a touch of citrus.. Reminds me a bit of Madison Margiela’s “ By the Fireplace”, but not as deep and smokey. One negative is that it doesn’t last more than a few hours, but since I bought the smaller bottle, I can carry it with me and just spritz when I need a fragrance boost. This is what a fall fragrance should be.
