What it is: A candle featuring the fresh, fun and adventurous scent of Basil & Neroli.
Fragrance story: Basil grand vert, with its herbaceous warmth of basil and peppery edge, brings an unexpected twist to the citrus notes of this scent. Neroli, the hand-picked blossoms of the bitter orange tree, is a green floral note, wonderfully clean and fresh. It infuses the fragrance with the elegant scent of orange flower. White musk, powdery and clean, enhances the trail of the scent, adding a softness that endures.
Notes: Basil grand vert, neroli, white musk.
How to use: Begin by allowing the wax to melt and pool right to the candle's edges the first time you light it, and don't blow it out until it has. When you first light the wick, you may see a little smoke, which is normal. It just needs time to draw up the wax properly. Ensure your candle stays pristine by snipping the wick to 6mm before every burn.

I'm in Love!
My love affair with Jo Malone's Basil & Neroli began innocently enough, with a sample included with a purchase. Since the day after I received the sample, I've purchased every single Basil & Neroli product currently available. It is truly one of the most unique, fresh, modern and lovely scents I've ever experienced.
This candle has the most incredible throw, which I can detect and enjoy throughout my home (regular size). It smells exactly like the perfume and I simply can't get enough of it. My friends often call me a candle snob, which is fair since I spend anywhere from $60-$500 on a candle. Jo Malone candles aren't all the same in regard to their throw. I've been disappointed in the past by several other sentence, but the scent and its throw are absolutely stunning. If you love Neroli, you will absolutely adore this candle. It's the perfect scent for warmer climates and during the summer. You won't be disappointed!

Not worth the money
I LOVE this fragrance from Jo Malone! I have a number of their products and different scents. I was excited to add the candle to my collection. I went to burn it and let it burn for quite a while. There really wasn't too much scent at all. There are more beautiful quality candles out there in wonderful scents for less money. I might try the diffuser instead.

Great scent, bad packaging.
I purchased one candle for myself and one for a gift. Jo Malone packaging is perfect for gift giving but these candles were not in appropriate sized boxes and the ribbon that holds the lid on the jar left a sticky residue when I opened the candle I planned to keep. I removed the ribbon from the gift candle and removed the residue on the sides of the glass before re-wrapping it as a gift.
High score for scent, low score for bad packaging= mid range score.

IN LOVE with JO
Simply GORGEOUS sophisticated scent with incredible throw, even from the smaller size. I have a Jo Malone fragrance that I really enjoy, so I thought I would give the candle range a shot. This was my first Jo Malone candle purchase, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I chose the Basil & Neroli scent on the strength of the other favorable reviews, and I could not be happier with my purchase. This line is expensive but well worth the money. I will definitely repurchase and look forward to trying the other scents.

Love this smell year around. I always go back to this candle. Never get tired of the smell and the candle is so handsome on a coffee table.
