I am 5'8 and 160#'s. I bought the small and the medium. The small was too tight and the medium fit well. I love the fit of the dress; however, I have to return the dress because the straps are poorly made. As soon as I put on the dress the straps broke from the flimsy gold hook that is attached to the dress. I am a B cup and the dress was not tight. I am very disappointed because the fit of the dress is perfect. If you want to wear the dress as a strapless dress go for it; however, do not rely on the straps it will disappoint you.
