Fabulous Shoe - Sizing Tips
This is a fabulous and versatile shoe! So classy, love the comfort of the lower heel, but has the illusion of a higher heel. I am so grateful and amazed that I was fortunate enough to get the very last 6 1/2 Black Patent Leather shoe in the entire company (via online order)! When I initially tried them on in the store back in the winter, I was a comfortable size 6 1/2. However, I didn't order them until mid April. When they arrived, I tried them on and they were tight! I thought, Oh No! So I went to the local Nordstrom's store and tried on a size 7. While a 7 was comfortable, I could tell with some wear it might become a little loose. I started thinking and realized when I had initially tried on the shoe, it was winter and now it was Spring and very warm outside (which makes your feet expand slightly). My favorite shoe salesman, David DuPerry (who had initially tried to find the shoe for me but couldn't) agreed the 6 1/2 was a better fit - and suggested a remedy for the 'warmer season' tightness. He suggested taking a blow dryer and applying the heat toward the inside of the toe bed for a minute (I did it for 30 seconds) - do this right before you put your foot into the shoe - the heat causes the leather to expand and molds more comfortably with your feet. I tried this and he was NOT kidding! It worked like a charm! Thank you David DuPerry (NorthPark Mall, Dallas, TX), you are always amazing!
Based on my personal experience, here's some sizing related info that may help. JC shoes are usually a better fit for at least a slightly narrow foot vs wide. If you try these on in the winter vs spring/summer - you may find yourself leaning toward a 1/2 size different shoe (as I did). Best to find the size that will work throughout the year, regardless of season. The Leather will always fit less snug than the Patent Leather and it will typically stretch more quickly and possibly more. Best to try these both on in the store for your own comparison.

Perfect for business & casual wear
Bought these in nude patent for an every day work look. I have wide feet and normally wear a size 8 (in Ferragamo), and ordered these in 38.5 (8.5). They fit very nicely - my feet are wide in the toe area, and these do not pinch. I wanted a lower heel for better posture/alignment, and I wear mostly flats now. This heel doesn't feel too high at all, although it's a thin heel so it definitely doesn't give as much stability as a block heel or wedge does. They look great with jeans. Because of the low cut, my slipper socks peek out a bit, so maybe plan to wear these with a liner instead.

perfect shoe!
I am not a "heels" person. I like flats and pretty much stay in athletic shoes. Pretty much, most shoes hurt my feet-a lot. These are an exception. I bought the black pair a couple of years ago, and have totally loved them, so I bought the tan pair! They are great! I totally recommend.

One of my fav shoes!
These are one of my favorite go to shoes from Jimmy Choo! The heel height is perfect for work and weekends. I have the same pair in black and snatched up the nude on sale. I highly recommend!
