Customer Service Dissatisfaction
I tried on this dress at NorthPark Mall and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, there was a small stain in the middle of the dress. I asked the sales associate if ordering the last one online would result in receiving the same dress, as I wasn’t sure whether the in-store item and the online “last one” were the same. She rudely assured me it would not be the same dress and ordered it for me. I was extremely disappointed to receive the exact same stained dress in the mail the very next day. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
