Unacceptable Condition
This is a beautiful item, but unfortunately, Nordstrom shipped it on a hanger, which caused damage to the sweater during transit. This isn’t an isolated incident — I’ve consistently received items from Nordstrom in unacceptable condition. It’s disappointing and suggests a lack of proper quality control and care in their packaging and fulfillment process.
