Nordstrom’s Declined quality control
I like Jil Sander. The bad review has nothing to do with the brand but with Nordstrom. It takes time to drive to the store to return defective items. This pants are missing the button at the waist (picture attached). I have returned three items lately due to poor quality control. Please go back to the acceptable standards Nordstrom once had.
