Not 100% cotton
This top is cute, wish it was a BIT shorter. BUT the main concern is that its not as described. Feels like a cotton blend, but not pure cotton. You can tell from the feel of the body, def the straps, and the fact that its very staticey when taking off wich does not happen with pure cotton.
