Makes a GREAT wedding dress!

After spending $1000 on a dress from a bridal store where they messed up the alterations and I was LITERALLY left without a wedding dress with two weeks left to my wedding, I on a whim visited Nordstrom.com. I found this dress, took a chance & overnighted it. Best decision I've ever made. I bought it in the "champagne" color. The only teensy thing is that it's a bit on the darker side, not quite as ivory as the picture shows but I'm a-ok with that. I wasn't looking for white anyway. The dress fits beautifully, the only thing I have to do is get it shortened. Nordstrom legitimately saved the day. My wedding is a week from today and I have a beautiful, non-conventional dress that fits amazingly. The V is deep, as a warning - I love that it shows a bit of skin but for those that are bigger chested keep that in mind. BUILT IN BRA! Win! Tips - runs small - go up a size! I normally am a 6 - 5'8, 135 - 140 pounds. The 8 fits beautifully.

Runs small

The dress was very pretty, however, I ordered 1 size up and it would not zip over my bust and was too big everywhere else. If you have a larger chest you may need to order many sizes up and take it in everywhere else.

"Cecelia' ruffled Chiffon Long Dress

This is a beautiful dress, appropriate for the mother of the bride or groom. I had to return it however, as it was way too long; also, the bodice of the dress kept falling off my shoulders; I am small busted. I am 5'2", so the alterations to shorten would have been extensive. This lovely dress would be more appropriate for someone 5'6" and up.If it had been offered in petite, I would be over my search for a MOG dress.

Beautiful dress!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I loved the picture and felt in love with it when i opened the box. It is very light and flows really well. I didn't give this dress five stars because i do with that the dress didn't cut so low in the front. I am full chested and it shows a lot of cleavage. I would love this dress if there was a little bit more room in the bust area. And it does run a little tiny bit small. Other than that they dress is very cute and slimming! I would definitely recommend this dress!

Beautiful Dress

I love the dress but it is not made for women with big breasts. It fits perfect except in the breast part. That was very disappointing. This seems to be a reoccurring problem for me in gowns. The size doesn't go up to the next size up or I would have exchanged it for that one and tailored the waist.

Delicate and feminine

This is a beautiful dress. I am 5'10" and with heels it would have required significant tailoring to shorten it. It also seemed to run slightly large. Other than that, it was very well made. The fabric layering is lovely.

Cecilia ruffled long dress

Dress arrived super fast in great condition. It's beautiful fabric, and long so it can be tailored. I am 5' 7" and small 0, and will have to tailor this dress in the bust a little too. I know it will look great once I get it fitted. It's a bit heavy (2 silk layers and one chiffon layer) but I'm assuming it will lighten up once I take a few inches off the bottom.
