The shoes are great - Nordstrom is defective
I received my shoes. They fit great, but, just one problem. The shoes came with 2 different colored laces. When I called, the rep said, "oh, I'm sorry, there are no more shoes. You can do a return and get a refund. No attempt was made to provide me with any type of lace. The shoes came in another color, or maybe, Nordstrom should not try to sell defective (shoes laces missing) products. The last purchase from Nordstrom was not 5 stars either. Nordstrom has become very cheap and shoddy. Next time I need shoes or clothing, I will start shopping Bloomingdale's.

I love these sneakers, however the second pair of laces were missing.. obviously someone kept them 🙄 I wear a 7.5 and purchased the 8 and they fit perfect.

Love it but it squeaks
I love the design of this shoe. Unfortunately, the back of the shoe squeaks when I walk, even with socks on, so I will be returning.
