On the fence
First the pluses. The shoe is well constructed and I like the thick soles that give this fisherman shoes a modern take. I like the grey color and the wide footbed. I find them to be true to size. I’m on the fence because the shoes are heavy and the soles don’t flex making walking uncomfortable. I’ll walk around the house to see how I feel.

I just received this pair. I’m a true size 8M (8wide in Munro) but ordered as suggested 8.5. Fits perfect for me. The leather is not stiff which gives a comfortable fit and wear feeling. Mind you, I’m not wearing any stockings or socks. If I wear socks, it would have to be very thin trouser socks. I don’t recommend this for those with very narrow feet.

Stylish, comfortable, but slightly heavy
I do like these shoes a lot. They are comfortable, even with the square toe. I was so happy when my size came back in stock. The have a rich look, even though fairly budget friendly when compared to other fisherman shoes of same leather design. They hug my feet, easy to walk in. Does not appear they will easily slip off. Rubber in strap allows for security without it slipping off or being too tight. Only concern that has me on the fence is the shoe is somewhat heavy.
