Wasn't packed well
Same review at the above. I was so excited to get this hat, but came completely misshapen right out of the box. Was also smaller than expected. The hat is stunning but back it goes.

Beautiful Hat
This hat is really beautiful but it was shipped in a box way too small, not in a hat box. I know it’s a packable hat but I wasn’t able to reshape it back to what it should be. I ordered a small size which worked. Unfortunately, it went back. Thank you Nordstrom for providing great customer service!
