dirty shoes
For a $1,000 luxury purchase I expected to receive a brand new pair of shoes not one that’s scratched and had been previously sold cause there was sticker removal on the box. The shoes were dirty had handprints all over them. Terrible experience, I’ll just do myself a favor and go to the actual store.
