Pretty but painful
I was excited when I first received and put on the shoes. They're very classically pretty. But then I stood up and walked. Oh my gosh! These are the most painful shoes ever! The back where the strap crosses roughly rubs the back of your heel and your ankle. I only wore them for a lap around the house and my ankles are feeling raw. I can't imagine wearing them for any extended period of time. Too bad, they are so pretty. Returning.

disappointing
By appearances, these shoes nailed it! But they were completely uncomfortable - dug into the back of my heel and rubbed the top of my foot. Decision to return was within less than 1 minute of having them on. Come on Jack Rogers - you can make adorable shoes comfortable too! PLEASE!

Very narrow
I had hoped that by getting a 1/2 size bigger it would accommodate my wide foot. All the cute shoes are for small feet!
