Claimed it was shipped but then never did. I am waiting on a refund from Nordstrom - at least the customer service is usually very good here. I also realized that the stone type is not listed on the page. It's not a diamond - it's cubic zircona. As a result, I would have returned regardless of whether it shipped or not as the quality does not match the price. Nordstrom should list the composition of the jewelry it sells - we shouldn't need to visit another site to figure out what we're buying.
