Disappointed
This dress is very nice. Unfortunately it’s not boobs friendly. Even though it’s a button up. It does have an elastic waist, and a lil stretch. I’m usually a Large Tall. In jcrew I can get away with a 14! Usually I’m a size 8-10 bottoms n 12 top. Jcrew n banana republic sizes are not “big bone” friendly.

A dress for Barbie
This dress was way too small. I am not sure why J Crew has a reputation for vanity sizing because I find that — in the petite range at least — all of their clothes run small. Even though I ordered one size up, I couldn’t get this dress buttoned over the bust and the waist was sized for a Barbie Doll. It’s a shame because it’s a cute dress.

Cute but too small
This dress is very cute and appears to be well made. I usually wear a 4 in J Crew but this was slightly tight through the bodice. For reference, I am 5’5”, 123 lbs, and am a 34B. Unfortunately I had to return it.

Great dress!
Very cute dress but as the previous reviewer said, it's not boob friendly. Recommend sizing up for this reason, otherwise the fit is great. I purchased this dress last year, so its odd that they brought it back again this year without changing it or adding different colors.

Dress review
I like this dress! It fits well -- I am 5'7" and weigh 128 lbs, I ordered this in a size 6. It is a little long, so I am going to have it hemmed up to just above the knee. It is probably not a good travel dress since it is all cotton and will wrinkle.

Not good for tall girls
Sadly, Nordstrom won't carry tall sizes so i guess i wasn't surprised when it fit weird. The quality for the price is good, there's a decent amount of stretch without losing its shape.
