Very heavy and thick.
This makeup is much too heavy for me. I also chose a much darker shade than I should have. I’m not able to use it because it just goes on too thick.

Hi Deb5559! We completely understand your disappointment when a shade runs too dark or the texture feels heavier than expected, and we appreciate your feedback on our CC+ Cream Natural Matte Foundation with SPF 40. Because this formula delivers full coverage, applying a minimal amount can help achieve a more lightweight feel. We would like to take a closer look at the product you have so we can check this for you. Please call us at 1-800-356-5120 (Mon–Sat, 9AM–5PM EST) and provide case number 48360565 so one of our representatives can assist you. Looking forward to speaking with you, and it would be helpful if you could have the product available when you call.

Love the Matte
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the matte finish and the spf 40!! For me it's the perfect combination, and no powder needed to reduce the glow.

Disappointing
I am disappointed with this CC cream foundation. Emphasized pores and made them more prominent. Does not blend smoothly and requires a few attempts with my fingers and sponge. Although Bye Bye Foundation is discontinued, it did a great job because of 3D skin flex and blended evenly with excellent coverage. I suggest you bring it back.

itcosmetics.com response
Hello there! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with our CC+ Cream Natural Matte Foundation with SPF 40 fell short of your expectations. We know how frustrating it is when a product emphasizes pores and requires multiple attempts to blend, especially when you are looking for that smooth, seamless finish.
We also completely understand your love for Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer and its 3D Skin Flex technology. It is always tough when a beloved favorite is discontinued, and we deeply appreciate you letting us know how much you miss its formula and coverage. Your request to bring it back has been shared directly with our Product Development team, as customer input heavily influences our future decisions.
