What it is: A waterproof, volumizing and tinted eyebrow filler with hair-like fibers that instantly fill, shape and set your brows for up to 16 hours.
What it does: It's designed with an innovative brush featuring a micro-flocked tip, which works to fill in sparse areas. Its soft, molded bristles effortlessly tint, shape and set all at the same time. The gel can be your one-and-done product if you have naturally fuller brows and want to add color, fill in a few areas or fix unruliness. For thin eyebrows, it's best paired with a pencil.
How to use: Brow Power adjusts to your brow color based on pressure. Apply softer strokes for lighter eyebrow hair colors. Press harder for darker hair. To finish, lightly brush through your brows with a spoolie brush for a naturally polished look.

Then use a gentle touch to sweep the brush through your brows to fill, shape and set. Not Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does not go on my brows smooth. Some of the application goes on thick and in clumps. I have to wash it off.
