Beautiful pants but wrong size
The pants itself are beautiful BUT Nordstrom kept sending me the wrong size, I ordered a size "small" and kept receiving a size "XS", for THREE times!!! There was no size "XS" option listed, only" Small", "medium" and "large". I called Customer Service to try to rectify the repeated mistake. I was promised that a size "small" will be sent to me. I received the third pair yesterday and again it was the wrong size, an "XS" instead of a "small" that I ordered. Wonder whether a size "small" exists. Now, I am running out of time and need to wear the outfit to a party, I am forced to keep the snug "XS" pants. I would have given this bad experience a zero star if there was one. No need for this frustration.
