I expect better service at Target
My wife and I visited the jewelry department of the Oakbrook location to exchange her Christmas gift (Mikimoto bracelet) and get something more to her liking (Ippolita earrings). The jewelry looked and fit great, but the service was lacking. The sales associate began very pleasantly showing us some pieces, and after 5 minutes told us she had some paperwork for her supervisor to sign and left us. She never came back or asked one of her fellow associates to help us. A few minutes later she was behind the Yurman counter helping someone else. Eventually another associate came around and helped us who was great.
