The Shoes I Received Were Worn!
I never touched these shoes after looking at them. Gross! The leather near the zipper was lifted. The shoes looked stretched out! Nordstrom get a policy that when an undesirable tries to return worn shoes, the clerk calls security with a hidden code and they come and take over. Your clerk’s may not be able to handle these loud mouthed crooks! I am not the first customer to file this complaint! TAKE ACTION!

Pretty subtle gold, comfortable and walkable, covered my bunion. I’d say you have to have thin ankle for ankle strap to be flattering

Still waiting for confirmation from Nordstrom
I received the same sandals with a 2.5 inch heel, instead of the advertised 1.3/4 inch heel as advertised on the site. Asked for a replacement with the correct heel - but have not heard back from Nordstrom
