So disappointed with Nordstrom
Bought this for a gift. Received with no original tags, the shirt had stains, and smelled like cologne. The item was clearly used and returned. Not sure why an employee would accept this return nor why the fulfillment team would deem it acceptable to ship. Extremely disappointed with Nordstrom. This wasn’t the first time I’ve received a used item.
