Intrecciato Embossed Slide Sandal

I ordered these Bottega slides in-store because I wanted a fresh pair and not the display shoe. They're totally gorgeous and feel very soft & comfortable. However, once I received my package and removed the items from the box, I could not believe how filty and worn the item was. Not to mention the attempted but failed "cleaning" on the bottom of both shoes. This is the second time that I have received a designer item off display, that was not inspected. Or was it? The original display shoe that I tried on in-store was nowhere near this atrocious. I will be returning and requesting a new/ unworn pair.

I was so excited to find this shoe in an 11.5. Upon receipt, the box was torn and tattered and wrapped with a rubber band. The tissue paper as all waded up and the shoes had been worn. What a disappointment. I returned the shoes.
