Does not stop shedding
I love the coloring of the rug, and am planning to keep it for a while more because of what an investment it was, but I do not recommend because it sheds so much. It is a bit itchy, and you can't even kneel on it without pieces of the wool getting on your clothes. It is a very high pile rug with a defined texture, but definitely not great if you have sensitive skin.
