So far, so good.
I have only had these shoes for about a month, but so far, they are comfortable. I can wear the 12M if I don’t use my orthotics but I need the 12W when I do. If the comfort holds up past a few weeks, I would up my rating to 5 stars. Please note, I do have problem feet and have a hard time finding shoes I can wear.

Good but wide
I find that all the Ryka shoes are Wide even if you get the medium. So I don't think I can buy anymore because I have 3 pairs that I cannot make tight enough in the toe box.
