Insulated Waxed Canvas Tote Bag

I purchased this insulated bag in June 2024 and used it just 4 times before the interior vinyl lining developed small tears all over the interior bottom of the bag from the ice cubes "digging in to" the bottom of the bag when food and drink items were added on top of the ice. The tears are not from any items in the bag but from the ice cubes themselves. The tears let water seep out of the bottom of the bag as the ice melts so the bottom of the bag gets soaked along with whatever it's sitting on. The vinyl lining is thin and flimsy and not durable or heavyweight. I'm very disappointed because it makes this bag unusable. The outer canvas lining is really nice and the bag is great looking; unfortunately the interior isn't sturdy and doesn't hold up.
