Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch Makeup Primer

I have used this product for years, and I often joke with my girlfriends that it is my "spackle". Great at smoothing out large pores on my nose and fine lines around my lips. I've been told that no other line of makeup carries a product like this, and I have found this to be true. I use it sparingly......a little goes a long way. Prepare to be amazed at the flawless finish you will achieve!

I don't use this daily, only on the odd special occasion, but if I did, I can see this lasting forever as a little goes a very long way, dispelling any doubts I had when purchasing such a tiny sized product (0.5 fl oz). As a primer it does the trick. Pores - especially on my nose, and fine lines are instantly blurred, creating a good base for my foundation. I must stress though that you really don't need to use much because if you do it has the tendency to make anything applied on top slide right off. At the right amount you will get a good base for foundation that will help makeup stay on longer, whilst leaving a nice matte finish, or as I discovered I can just use a setting powder on top and not require anything else for an 'enhanced natural' look - useful if you don't have the time to apply the works. It's a very silicone-heavy primer with no real skin benefits, just cosmetic ones that last only until you wash your face at night. I’ve tried many primers over the years, and this one is my new favorite. I’m on my second container. Originally, I got it as a sample. It’s a thick consistency, but a little goes a long way. When I put it on after my moisturizer it smooths everything out, gets rid of any shine, and my makeup goes on really well. My makeup doesn’t cake or smear. It really was an amazing find. I’m a big fan of Clarins.

This broke me out, didn't help at all with enlarged pores around nostrils. Just blurred my freckles a bit and sat on top of skin. Beaded up when I put my foundation on. I was so frustrated I threw it in the trash. That was dumb of me, I should've gotten a refund. I later learned from a tv beauty show that you can use this on the top surface of your hands to blur age imperfections. My loss all around. Also, I found it very strange that with such a dense cream it's very uncomfortable to have to dig it out of jar and then it gets under fingernails.
