Instant Glow Body Bronzer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the St. Tropez Instant Glow Body Bronzing Mousse! It’s so easy to apply and blends effortlessly, even for beginners. Beautiful colour instantly—perfect when you’re getting ready in a hurry. It leaves the skin with a gorgeous, natural-looking glow (never orange!), and really gives that flawless, airbrushed finish. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a little odd reviewing this in winter as my legs are normally well-covered, but it's still nice to have a change from the usual winter pallor! I tried this on my legs. I followed the instructions meticulously, was careful to exfoliate and moisturise beforehand. It was quite easy to apply using the glove. I've used fake tan before and I know not to go crazy on the knees, for example, and I was careful. Well, it was pretty much instant. It looked nothing like any tan I've had. The colour can only be described as greenish brown. Quite horrible. I left it an hour or so to see if it would improve. It didn't. I washed it all off, re moisturised and tried again the next day. Same result. Now, I have pale skin, and I'm used to some fake tans having an orange tint, but I've never seen anything like this colour before. The only good thing I can say is that it doesn't smell too bad, quite coconutty. Otherwise this is a big no. I don't want green-brown legs.
