Run very very large
Absolutely huge. I am 5 '4 and even with 3" heels this touched the ground. I am 8 months pregnant ~150lbs and the XS was so large on me.
Lastly, this looked dressier in the picture but it's cotton and very casual. Was not for me, returned this one.

Comfy, fabric could be a little higher quality
Comfortable and flowy. Fabric is a little cheap - the polka dots have a raised plastic-y texture rather - but nothing appalling. Runs a tad on the large side and has a lot of stretch, which is great for a growing belly.
